British noise factory goes into bonus time, with Cork scragglers in tow.
UK grunge/sludgers and noise projects abound on Thursday the 28th at Fred Zeppelin’s, with a little help from grind’s self-appointed light-heavyweight champions and Cork’s amp-haemorraging screamo boys themselves.
Silent Front, victorious from their previous Irish tour, are back for more, with heavyweight, Shellac-style ruckus the order of the day. Guns or Knives, aka Stef Ketteringham (of Shield Your Eyes) provides “collections of strange, nightmarish music”. Meanwhile, hanging behind are grinding heroes Fat Actress, hot off a scorching streak of live shows supporting their new E.P. and local hooligans Slugbait, also putting the finishers on a spang new half of a split E.P. (more details shortly).
