Smalltown America Records in conjunction with The Cathedral Quarter Arts Festival announce one of this years
most eagerly anticipated shows" Fighting With Wire Vs And So I Watch You From Afar.

This special one of show
will include a twin headline performance from two of Northern Irelands most prominent bands plus guests on
May 2nd as part of The Cathedral Quarter Arts Festival. The event will be held in the festival marquee" Custom
House Square" Belfast from 8PM.

In the words of Kerrang Magazine ASIWYFA sound "dreamy and elegiac"..yet monstrously heavy""like the
end of the world". ASIWYFA are a truly unique act in the current pantheon of great local bands. Instrumental"
brooding and atmospheric" their beautiful noise is set to reach a wider audience with the imminent release of

Since Fighting With Wire formed in 2003" Derry"s finest have done what all good rock and roll outfits are
supposed to: namely write a bunch of cracking songs and then hit the road on tour. This blisteringly abrasive
three"piece have racked up plenty of air miles playing with the likes of Reuben" Biffy Clyro and Future Of The
Left. Now one Album" two Radio One Sessions and over 100 gigs later Fighting With Wire are justifiably
regarded not only as a class live act" but also one of the most essential bands on the local music scene.
