Formed in December 2003" Kilterr quickly built a reputation as a
powerful live act playing with the<
likes of The Pale" The Marshall Stars and Alphastates."nbsp"

After
building up a loyal following" Kilterr
played to a packed house at Cork"s Cyprus Avenue."nbsp"

The time came
for the band to hit the rehearsal
room and write some new material with the master plan being to get
into the studio as soon as
possible""nbsp"

The band went into Spectre Studios with Graham Finn at
the end of 2004 and has just
finished mixing and mastering a 4 track CD.

Kilterr have a unique sound" coming from diverse musical
backgrounds ranging from folk to metal and
a bit of everything in between"

Along with the basic bass/guitar/drums/vocals backline" the Kilterr

sound incorporates keyboards
and a female vocal to colour the energetic sound that is Kilterr.
Other bands that members have
been involved with include Judgment" Mr. NSF and Esque."nbsp"

Lead singer
Barry John Maher has had
one of his songs "Warm Despite the Chill" recorded on Meteor Award's
nominee" Pauline Scanlon's
recent Album "Red Colour Sun".
What"s next for Kilterr" Well now that recording is complete"
Kilterr are eager to get back gigging"
release their CD and ultimately world domination""
