The early April update of TreehouseSessions.com sees the session of Irish rock band "GORBACHOV" going online. This five"piece band took an amusing approach to performing at the Treehouse" deciding to transform the studio into a "backyard" and wearing their unmistakable comic counterfeit images as masks " in their "wacky cartoon style".
Gorbachov was formed 4 years ago in Waterford" Ireland and built an excellent reputation in Southern Ireland before moving to Liverpool to record their first album. Since completing this first full length album in January 2008" Gorbachov has made it into the finals of the prestigious Murphys Live Irish Band of the Year 2008 and have been selected for the 2008 IMRO Showcase Tour" a high"profile event for new talent in Ireland.
They are signed up to play festivals at the far ends of Europe this summer and are gaining airplay throughout Europe on radio stations large and small alike. With their soon to be released single Go on my Son" the band are looking forward to wowing the crowds with their unique" catchy and energetic brand of rock.
